A self-sufficient platform for notarial offices: two server modules, two web applications, and autonomous infrastructure. The “Progressive Solidarity” model balances the market — room to start for newcomers, stability for established offices.
Challenge
Notarial practice demands autonomy and privacy: documents cannot be handed to the cloud, and new notaries find it hard to start alongside powerful offices. What was needed was a system that works offline, encrypts data on the notary’s side, and at the same time makes entering the market fair.
Approach
- 1 Designed an architecture of two server modules and two web applications
- 2 Implemented Zero-Knowledge and envelope encryption: the licence status is visible, the documents never are
- 3 Added an AI navigator for searching through legal norms
- 4 Laid down the “Progressive Solidarity” economic model: Incubator for newcomers, Professional / Enterprise for larger offices
Solution
A full self-hosted stack: the owner’s admin panel, the notary’s workspace, an AI navigator through law, and an autonomous database.
