Artromans

How matching works

Matching holds the Protocol; the chosen workshop executes. The order of the steps follows from that — and so does who answers for which one.

  1. 01 Picking a designer The project comes first: a name and a few lines about the idea, and it already has an identifier. Then the catalogue: the client looks at the work and picks whoever’s style sits closer. Not a studio — a person.
  2. 02 The request It goes from the project to the chosen designer rather than a shared inbox: they see straight away what they are being invited to. The work begins with their consent.
  3. 03 A time Artromans brings client and designer together and settles on a time to meet.
  4. 04 The meeting The client says what they want. With their consent it is recorded — so nothing said gets lost and nothing has to be asked twice. Without that consent there is no recording: the conversation is written down as it goes, and the work proceeds from those notes.
  5. 05 The prototype The designer builds the prototype — the conversation becomes screens. The client looks, corrects, approves. Nothing moves without that yes.
  6. 06 MVP on a test address The approved prototype goes into development at the chosen workshop — not at Artromans. A working product in the cloud, still without a domain: the client clicks it themselves and says whether it is the thing.
  7. 07 Domain and handover The domain is registered only after the yes — and in the client’s name. Along with every access credential and a handover passport that lets any other workshop pick the product up.
  8. 08 Support (in progress) Reminders when the domain and the chosen workshop’s hosting come due, with a direct link to pay.
